  • Damage to garments Lost/missing items/ Stains that do not come out /Items left in pockets/ Shrinkage, color bleeding, fabric wear

  • Washing/drying standards (what temp for washing/drying)

  • Customer must disclose delicate fabrics or changes to washing style

  • No guarantee on stain removal (supplies and time still lost, regardless of stain removal effectiveness)

Pickup & Drop Off Requirements:

  • Laundry must be in a tied, durable bag (13 gallon bag)

  • No ripped or open bags

  • Porch pickup rules

  • Drop off packaging

  • Customer responsible for safe pickup/drop off location

Prohibited Items:

  • Blood

  • Bodily fluids

  • Fecal matter

  • Urine

  • Chemicals

  • Oil

  • Hazardous substances

  • Excessive Pet hair

  • Bug‑infested items

  • Optional exception: accidental contamination accepted for a sanitization fee.

Service Refusal London’s Wash Station may refuse service due to:

  • Unsafe pickup conditions

  • Improperly bagged items

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Prohibited items

  • Excessive contamination

  • Any unforeseen circumstances

Additional Fees:

  • Same‑day cancellation fee

  • Missed pickup fee

  • Sanitization fee

  • Express turnaround fee

  • Bag minimum fee for extended radius
